He concentrates his practice on tax and corporate law, with vast experience advising individuals and companies on various matters, especially national and international tax regulation, asset reorganizations, corporate restructuring, M&A processes, changes of ownership and tax planning according to specific objectives.

Furthermore, during the year 2023, he was elected as Constitutional Councilor for the Metropolitan Region, participating in the drafting of the proposal for a new constitution for Chile.
