José Manuel Astorga Lanas


José Manuel’s practice focuses on constitutional and administrative law, with vast experience advising various government agencies, municipalities, companies and civil society organizations in various regulated sectors. He has also been a legislative advisor to the Constitutional Convention and the Senate.

  • 2018: LLM UC Master’s Degree, specialization in constitutional law, Catholic University of Chile.
