Silvana has worked for more than 15 years advising companies and law firms in Chile and Peru, in charge of litigation in ordinary and arbitration proceedings, as well as in out-of-court procedures and negotiations. She has also collaborated in a number of procedures for vessel arrests and recovery of credits, representing companies from different industries worldwide. She currently leads the Judicial and Agrifood areas.
