Andrés focuses his practice primarily on water law and agricultural real estate projects, with extensive experience advising leading agricultural, livestock, wine, aquaculture, governmental, real estate, and construction companies in Chile, as well as various water users’ associations. He also has broad expertise in administrative proceedings, specialized litigation, and contractual, civil, and corporate matters.
